Hey!. Not totally agree with you, but you just gave me an idea for a new eBook regarding \"Inspiration – Where to go when creative block sets in at Graphic Design Blog - Matthew Martin, BIG Media Design\". It is related to eye candy graphics. Thanks.

Thanks for the kind words Amanda! Yeah I designed the logo, although it was not a logo as such, I just wanted some kind of symbol I could use as part of the design, it just happened to become part of a logo. But as far as a specific brief and me coming up with more concepts, there was no actual logo design, the card just ended up that way - a happy accident. The funds4life card just has the company name written, that's not a logo - they already have a logo but it didnt fit with the card design.

Did you design the logo also? It's nice too.

I never thought about the possibility of a fire wiping the lot out, I had considered a remote backup service before but not for that reason. I was more worried about the hard drive just mangling itself whilst on a path of self destruction. Thanks for the link, I'll check it out now :)

Hi Amanda,

I'm certainly not suggesting it's use as a complete solution, but it's free so I guess their server traffic is fairly high compared with a paid service.

I find it can come in useful though when you've forgotten to do something like make a copy of a file, or send an email to someone who's address you cant remember off the top of your head, etc... It's not perfect, but it might solve some of those little but annoying problems found with being on the road.
